Today it is quite normal to think that a smartphone with QWERTY keyboard is a rarity and can be considered almost extinct. For example, HTC recently announced that it was not interested at all in this type of a hardware design. On the other hand, rumors that Google may prepare a device with this type of keyboard could change the game. Kyocera wants to try it’s luck to tap into the U.S. Market with Rise which comes with a keyboard and Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
Kyocera Rise specifications include a 1 GHz processor, 512 MB of RAM and 2 GB of internal memory. On the other hand, this device has 3.5-inch IPS display (480×320 pixels), 3.2 MP camera with LED flash and a battery of 1,500 mAh with Android Ice Cream Sandwich on board.
